How do I see who's taking my courses? Learn about learner reporting.

While sales reporting will give you insight into what's being bought on your storefront, platform and learner reporting lets you see who is taking and completing your courses.

Learner Reporting

RapidLMS has a number of different pulled reports and views for digging into your learner information; depending on your specific needs, you may find certain reports more useful than others, so let's explore what's available.

Learner Completions

In your RapidLMS account, navigate to "Learner Completions" in the Reports section of your account.

This report provides the broadest information on course completions as it includes learner, license, and certification details, and can be filtered, and exported to an .xlsx file, by organization(s), learner, course(s) and dates.

Set the appropriate filters, like date range, course(s), learner organization(s), specific learners, include only completed, or exclude archived and run the report.

The Learner Completions report shows status, completion date, learner name and organization, along with certification issuer details and expiry, and license organization and owner.

Learner Training

In your RapidLMS account, navigate to "Learner Training" in the Reports section of your account.

This report provides information limited to the learner, course, last activity & progress, and certification, and can be filtered, and exported to an .xlsx file, learner, course(s) and status.

Specific Learner Details

In your RapidLMS account, navigate to "Learners" in the Manage section of your account.

Click on a learner to view course & certification history and learner organizations.

You can also use the [+ Assign Training] button in the top left of the page to distribute available licenses.
