How do I resend a course invite to a learner?

If a learner says they have not received their email invitation to take their training, you can manually re-send it. They will also receive a weekly reminder until the license is automatically returned to you after 30 days if not accepted by the learner. 


  1. Log into your training manager account and head to the 'manage learners' tab.  
  2. You can then search for the learner in question. Once you locate them, click on their name. This should load their invite history. 
  3. Locate the invite you’re looking to resend and select the 3 dots on the right-hand side. Select 'resend' from the drop down menu.
