This article shows you how to view course invitations you’ve sent to learners. You can do this in two ways:
- For an individual learner (Method 1)
- For all learners in a course (Method 2)
Method 1: View Invites for a Single Learner
- Navigate to Manage Learners in your training manager account.
- Find or search for the learner in question and click on their name.
- Click on the Invites tab to see pending invites.
- Invites remain active for 30 days. After that, the license is returned to the training manager (you), and you will no longer see a pending invite.
- Learners receive weekly reminder emails until they accept the training. - Clicking on the three dots next to a course and clicking 'Cancel' will allow you to return the license to your pool for re-assignment, or you can click 'Resend' to send an email reminder.
Method 2: View invites for All Learners (in a course)
- Log in to your training manager account and head to the 'Manage Licenses' tab.
- Find the course in question and select the 3 dots labelled 'Manage'. A drop-down menu should appear with the option to 'Distribute'.
- You'll see 3 tabs: Invites, Enrolment Keys, and Usage. You'll want to navigate to the 'Usage' tab.
- All learners who have access to this course should populate here. You'll be able to view the status of invitation under the 'Invites' tab.
The Usage tab is a great place to view course progress. Any learners who haven't completed their course will be marked 'In-Progress'.
Any highlighted 'Cancel' buttons on the right-hand side can be clicked to return the license to your pool. This will cancel the invitation and your learner will no longer have access to the material.
