How to request a change of information on your certificate?

If you wish to make a simple alteration to your certificate, such as correcting a spelling mistake, capitalizing the first letter of your name, or removing a middle name, kindly follow the steps below to submit your request from your training account.


Step 1: Log into your account and click on "My Certifications" on the left-hand side.


Step 2: On the box for the certificate you would like to have edited, click on "View"


Step 3: At the bottom of the pop-up, Click on "Request change of information" 


Step 4: In the next window, enter the edits you would like made to either the name or the "Issued By" Section of the certificate. 


Step 5: Click "Submit" to send in your request for us to review.


For more substantial changes, such as modifying/updating your last name, please use the provided form to submit a request. We will carefully review your submission.
