How do I access my certificate?

To begin, you'll want to head to the homepage of the website where you took your training.

1. Log into your account.
2. Once you've logged in, you will find a list of options on the left-hand side. Select 'My Certifications'.
3. On this page you will find any badges you've received for completing training with us. If the training you completed comes with a certification: you can select 'View' at the bottom of the badge. 
4. Select either 'Wall Cert' or 'Wallet Card'. This should open a PDF copy of your certification that you can print or save to your device. 

Please Note: If you can not access your certificate because your course is "In Progress" you should return to your training and properly exit the course.
